Eligibility Requriements:
• To be eligible for this deal, you must of course need to lose over 50 pounds.
• You must agree to share photos (head will be cut off).
• You must send in a verification weigh in video each 4 weeks of your program. If you're a current member, then you need to send it in now, and we will go from that verification video.
• You must follow our dieting and exercise guidelines.
• You must participate daily M-F.
• You must weigh in on our weigh in days.
• If you are consistently below our 1200 calorie a day requirement, you will not be eligible. Health is vital for success. No one at RFBC is allowed to starve for weight loss. No amount of $ savings is worth jeapordizing your health.
• You will not be eligible for the 100 lbs in 7 months challenge.
• Any month you don't reach the 12 pounds and that means even 11.9 lbs, you will be required to pay the regular fees to continue at camp.
• If you have one 4 week session under the 12 pound requirement and have to pay for the next 4 weeks, if you hit 12 pounds gone during that new session, your next 4 weeks will be free. This is a one time reprieve though. Or else bookkeeping would be a nightmare.(The 12 pound loss is based on your lowest weight from the previous 4 week session. That keeps you from realizing you won't hit it one session and ending the session with a huge water weight gain, ala, The Biggest Loser to ensure the next sessions' success).
• Once you hit 100 lbs gone, if you agree to go public with your photos and your story. I will give you 6 months of free support regardless of monthly weight loss. As long as you participate daily M-F.

We have a diet that works for the obese. Think of how many lives we can change!
I started RFBC to show obese men and women that with a raw diet and lots of walking we could beat obesity and take back our lives. All it takes is determination and a want to succeed. A need to break free of that fat suit and not look back.
The first year at RFBC, everyone was a Butt Kicker and I was their drill sergeant. We had amazing success.
Then we got caught up in emotions and beating fat brain behaviors and the force seemed to weaken. Instead of just doing it, people wanted to talk about doing it without actually doing it!
I'm not saying there isn't a place for Breaking Fat Brain Lies. There is a big place for it, and many need to do that before they have the courage to do Butt Kickers.
I will always offer Fat Brain Busters. It's a great program and has helped many women. TxGirl, Karen, and Hermosa reached goal with that program and swore by it. My Butt Kickers will have to do it for maintenance to ensure there weight loss is permanent. If you don't break the habits, they will come back and get you.
So don't get this wrong. Butt Kickers is not the only way to do this. But it is the fastest way to do it and maintain your health. Someone commented to Jess, that her 51 pounds gone in 11 weeks, 4 days was as fast as surgery.
She was wrong. It was faster!

Not everyone who does Butt Kickers will get 50 lbs gone in 12 weeks. Vera, FreeSpirit, and Andrea will. They have 6 weeks to lose roughly 20 more pounds. That's 3.3 pounds a week. Tough, sure, but they are all at the 2 hours of walking a day. They will make it. Papaya may not. She had a slower start due to hip and back pain and was eating high sweet fruits. But if she ups her walking which she is doing and keeps with the diet she is doing, she could have the 60 pounds in 16 weeks. Same goes for Annie. Raw Tri Gal can make the 60 in 16 weeks, but even if she doesn't, if you go to her B&A's you'll see her body is transforming, so whether she gets free support or not, she is a huge winner here!

The Butt Kicker Diet
You can be 80-100% low fat, low sugar, low sodium raw. This is a simple raw diet, no recipes except for salad dressing. After the first 8 weeks, 2 hours of walking a day is required as well as 10 pounds every 4 week session weight loss (12 lbs for the free sessions). Tough group, but well worth it. For those doing 100% raw, after I feel you have a handle on how to get your calories in on a regular basis, logging food every day won't be required.
- 1100-1200 Calories per day
- 80-100% low fat, low sugar, low sodium raw
- 10-15% fat per day
- 10-15% protein per day
- Max 350 mg sodium
- Limit 1 banana a day. No dates or nuts.
- Papayas, mangoes, grapes, kiwi and for some pineapple slow weight loss, so be prepared to give them up if that happens to you.
- Vinegar also stalls weight loss.
- No high starch grains or veggies.
- No soy products.
For those doing 80% raw, lean animal protein is allowed. No dairy, no processed foods. Beans, legumes, quinoa, and steamed veggies are best cooked foods for good weight loss.
